What’s BAS ?

BAS stands for the Bicycle Alliance for Sustainability. It’s all about pushing for ESG sustainability in the bicycle industry. We're coming together to work towards net-zero carbon production through training our teams, checking our carbon footprints, and finding ways to cut down on emissions in how we make and market our products.

GW is on Board with BAS.

The future direction of the global bicycle industry is truly an important ESG indicator worth paying attention to. Not just overly focusing on environmental, GW will take more responsibility on social aspects in an enterprise.

The "S" in ESG: Social — human rights issues,we are committed to taking on these responsibilities:

1. Creating a Fair Work Environment: We make sure all our employees are treated equally and with respect, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, or identity.

2. Being Transparent: We believe in good communication and support within our teams and with all our partners.

3. Strengthening Our Supply Chain: We’ll work closely with our suppliers to ensure they’re on board with human rights standards too.
